Introducing the Inner Bonding Guided Journal for This Retreat

As part of this retreat, we’ll be using Margaret and Erika’s new book Inner Bonding Guided Journal, prepared by Ivana Polonijo and Courageous Being, to help guide you through a peaceful, reflective experience, tailored to the challenges and energy of the holiday season.

Whether you’re experienced with Inner Bonding or just starting out, the Journal is a practical tool that will support you during the retreat and beyond. Throughout our retreat time together, we’ll walk you through exercises and prompts from the Journal, all designed to help you stay grounded and connected, especially as the holidays approach.

We’ll explore key Inner Bonding concepts and go through the 6-step process together, with levity and hands-on approach. You’ll also get practical guidance to help you reflect, track your thoughts, and focus on self-care. By the end of the retreat, you’ll leave with tools you can use every day—not just during the holidays, but for long-term personal growth and self-love.

The Journal will be your companion throughout this experience, helping you feel calm, centered, and ready to handle whatever the season brings.

Meet Your Facilitators

Director of Training & Lead Trainer, Inner Bonding® Educational Technologies
Grace Escaip has over 36 years of personal growth experience and is passionate about helping others access the transformative energy of love. Her journey into personal development began after initially studying Law, the path she says she chose for all the wrong reasons. Years later, after experiencing several personal crises, her interest in personal growth was reignited, leading her on a deep personal journey. This resulted in her immersing herself in Rogerian person-centered, Gestalt, and humanistic approaches, eventually specializing in adults, couples, adolescents, as well as floral therapy, STEP guide, focusing, and expressive rhythmic movement.

The foundation of her work, however, is Inner Bonding®, offering the most loving and powerful method she has found, bringing transformation, harmony, and peace to all areas of life. Through her personal journey from fear and suffering to self-love, Grace now supports others in connecting with their true selves and inner wisdom. As a Certified Inner Bonding® Facilitator and Trainer, Grace has led Inner Bonding Workshops and Intensives and has served as an IBFTP trainer since 2019. She also holds the position of Director of Training at Inner Bonding Educational Technologies.

Ivana blends academic and executive experience from 15+ years in finance and a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology with training in inner work and bioenergetics. She is an Inner Bonding® Facilitator and an Energy Codes® Coach, and as the founder and Chief Soul-utions Officer of Courageous Being conscious leadership center, she emboldens women+ and allies to embody their magnificence in all aspects of life. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve tangible, granular results and cultivate inner and outer calm no matter what the moment brings.

Ivana has faced many adversities, from civil war, immigration, divorce, and single parenthood, all while building a demanding academic and corporate career. This included a lot of stresses and messes until she learned how to embody her Loving Adult, thanks to Inner Bonding.

She leads both virtual and in-person retreats, offering a unique blend of personal insight and professional expertise, making her an exceptional guide for transformative experiences.

We’ll dive into real-life examples, showing how you can use this process to manage family stress, financial pressures, and personal expectations—all through the lens of our unique retreat setting.

Building a Daily Practice

Consistency is key, especially during the holidays. In this session, you’ll learn how to use the Journal’s daily practice spreads to make Inner Bonding part of your everyday routine. You’ll create a personalized plan for integrating these practices into your life, so you can stay grounded and in touch with your true self throughout the season.

Journaling and Action Plan

Learn how to effectively organize your thoughts and insights in the Journal. We’ll guide you through reflection exercises that will help you create an action plan for navigating the holidays with more ease. Whether it’s handling difficult family dynamics or finding moments of peace amidst the chaos, you’ll leave with clear, practical steps to stay connected to Self Love.

Ongoing Support and Resources

At the end of the retreat, we’ll share resources to help you continue your Inner Bonding journey after the event. You’ll also have access to the full event recording, so you can revisit any part of the retreat whenever you need extra support.

This is a NEW offering that differs from traditional Inner Bonding workshops or intensives in its tone and approach. Unlike the deeper, more intensive nature of Inner Bonding classes, this retreat is lighter, more relaxed, and focused on rest and rejuvenation. You’ll receive gentle guidance, inspiration, and examples that allow you to recharge while reconnecting with yourself in a nurturing environment.
